How We Work

The D.C.-area real estate market moves quickly, but local buyers are also discriminating and detail-oriented, so we’ve designed a process that combines the efficiency you need to get to market quickly with close attention to the aesthetics that appeal to savvy buyers.


VISIT

No two homes are the same, so we begin our process with a site visit, where we assess architectural style, space, and existing furnishings in the home, and gain an understanding of the buyers we’ll plan to attract.


DESIGN

Based on our site visit, we develop a customized plan for staging the home. We focus on the style and scale of the pieces that will show the home to its best advantage, and then pull the selected elements from our distinctive, well-stocked warehouse.


SET THE STAGE

Our final step is to set the stage so the home can connect with the right buyer. Our team is onsite for installation of everything from major furniture pieces to art and small accessories, ensuring that the project meets Sub | Urban’s¬†exacting standards, and that each home shows to its full potential.
